Our Clinical Application Specialists will customize the service they provide for every specific procedure, surgeon and facility by:

  1. Selecting the optimal equipment and software for the procedure you are performing
  2. Delivering and setting up the navigation system, software and all associated instrumentation and peripherals  
  3. Testing the system to ensure it is functioning properly prior to surgery
  4. Training your staff on the equipment and how it is used
  5. Providing full on-site support before, during and after the surgery to answer questions, give technical assistance and alleviate stress
  6. Taking down all equipment after the procedure and removing it from the site
