Here is some additional information to make your travel and stay in Colorado more pleasant.

Transportation

Airfare and ground transportation to and from the hotel are your responsibility. There is a public (pay) shuttle service that provides transportation between the Denver International Airport (DIA) and the various hotels in the area. The shuttle's service desk is located in the main terminal near the rental car agencies.

Shuttles leave the airport at varying times with the fare ranging from $32 to $38 per person round trip. (This can change without notice.) Confirm with your driver your hotel destination.

For your return to the Denver airport, arrange for pickup as soon as you arrive at the hotel to ensure that there is space available. Request a shuttle pickup at Medtronic Navigation if you are departing after class, or your hotel if you are departing the next day. Training concludes at 4:00 p.m., so do not book a return flight before 6:30 p.m.

If your hotel confirmation states that you are in a hotel other than the Courtyard or Residence Inn, please feel free to call the Course Registrar at 888.580.8860 to verify the location of your hotel in relation to the Medtronic office.
