Clinical Services

We’re in Your OR When You Need Us

To successfully and efficiently use new tools in the operating room requires support. Medtronic Navigation understands this and provides you with the following award-winning clinical services to support you in delivering the best patient care.

Surgical Case Support & OR Staff Support

Based on your needs, our Medtronic Computer-Assisted Surgery Specialists (CASS) are available to attend your surgical cases, provide technology support and on-site training.

Clinical Phone Support

Medtronic Clinical Specialists are available 24x7 to help you with a variety of needs, including assistance with system set-up, reviewing software screens and registering the patient and instruments for navigation.

Navigation On-Demand

Our unique service option called the StealthNavigator® Program makes navigation available to all surgeons and patients on a procedure basis by offering all the tools, professional expertise, training and technical support necessary for a seamless surgical solution.

This service package can be tailored to meet the specific needs of each procedure, surgeon and facility – and, because you pay on a per-procedure basis, it’s an affordable way to utilize our technology and services when you need them most. Read our Navigation On-Demand brochure to learn more.

"With StealthNavigatorSM I know everything I need for a computer-assisted surgical procedure is available to me. A Medtronic CAS Specialist shows up with everything I need - ready to go. He or she is able to help if I need it during the case, and then removes everything from the OR so it's available for another case. I trust in this relationship; it's the CAS partnership that every surgeon and hospital should have."
